771.04 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.

The Director of Law, on behalf of the City, may seek injunctive relief against the operation or continued operation of a recycling center or establishment purporting to be a recycling center in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 3936. Passed 1-11-94.)
