767.14 MODIFICATION OF PROVISIONS AND SUBSTITUTION OF EQUIPMENT.

The Director of Finance, upon application of the holder of a license issued under this chapter and upon the payment to him for the use of the City of a fee of one dollar ($1.00), may modify the provisions of the license or allow the substitution of a vehicle for a vehicle specified in the license.
