767.02 CRUISING; SOLICITATION OF PASSENGERS.

Taxicabs and other like vehicles licensed under this chapter shall not be permitted to cruise seeking employment. No driver of a taxicab or other like vehicle shall solicit passengers, except at the County Fairgrounds, at other gatherings and at railroad depots.
