(a) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense. Each day during which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) In case of violation of any provision of this chapter by any association or corporation, the members, officers or directors having control of and being in charge of any dance, dance hall or roller skating rink shall be personally liable for the penalties herein provided.
