727.02 ALLOWING INTOXICATED PERSONS ON PREMISES.

No proprietor of any public dance hall or roller skating rink or any person who conducts, manages or is in charge of any public dance hall or roller skating rink shall permit or allow the presence of any intoxicated person in the dance hall or roller skating rink or on the premises.
