No person shall maintain, exhibit or operate, or permit or cause to be maintained, exhibited or operated, in or upon any place under his control, any juke box without first obtaining a license therefor in the same manner provided for obtaining licenses for mechanical amusement devices pursuant to Sections 723.07 to 723.22. Each individual juke box shall be separately licensed. (1984 Code Sec. 115.45)
