The Mayor may adopt and enforce rules and regulations pertaining to applications for and processing and issuance of licenses under Sections 723.07 to 723.22. The rules and regulations may include the requirement from an applicant of an affidavit setting forth information relating to the convictions, if any, of the applicant for any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
