721.03 FEES.
         For circuses, menageries, combined circuses and menageries, and carnivals, a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day shall be paid and for all other species of entertainments, exhibitions or performances a license fee of five dollars ($5.00) per day shall be paid. However, no license fee shall be charged for any home talent show, church, school, lodge or American Legion show, exhibition or entertainment, or any performance on the fair grounds during the County Fair or any legal holiday which may be given with the consent of the County Fair Board. At least three days' written notice shall be given to the Director of Finance of the intention to hold any such exhibition, show or entertainment herein exempted from license fees. The notice is to give full detail as to the character of the exhibition, and the dates and time when the same is proposed to be given.
