717.03 OPERATION DISTURBING PEACE AND QUIET OF NEIGHBORHOOD.

No owner, operator, proprietor, manager or person in charge or control of a bowling alley shall operate or conduct the bowling alley in a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or vicinity in which the bowling alley is located.
