711.14 ISSUANCE FOR ESTABLISHMENT IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS.

No license required by Sections 711.07 to 711.22 shall be issued for the establishment, maintenance or operation of a billiard room within 150 feet of the property of any church, school or hospital. (1984 Code Sec. 114.62)
