711.10 AFFIDAVIT AS TO CONVICTIONS OF APPLICANT.

Any person filing an application, as provided in Section 711.08, shall furnish an affidavit setting forth information pertaining to proper convictions, if any, of the applicant of crimes involving moral turpitude.
