711.03 OPERATION DISTURBING PEACE AND QUIET OF NEIGHBORHOOD.

No person being the owner, operator, proprietor, keeper, manager or person in charge or control of a billiard room shall operate or conduct a billiard room in a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or vicinity in which the same is located.
