541.01 DAMAGING SOLDIERS’ MONUMENT.
   (a)   No person shall climb upon, displace, break, deface or in any way injure the Soldiers' Monument, or enclosure, in the public square in the City.
(1984 Code Sec. 139.04)
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
