515.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each violation.
   (b)    Whenever a violation continues after the Board has determined that there is an unlawful discriminatory practice a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day of such continuance.
