511.05 FORFEITURE.

Notwithstanding Ohio R.C. 2933.42 and 2933.43, any drug paraphernalia that was used, possessed, sold or manufactured in violation of this chapter shall be seized and, after a conviction for that violation, shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture, such paraphernalia shall be disposed of pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.41(D)(8).
