351.18 LEAVING VEHICLE STANDING AS TO OBSTRUCT FREE USE OF STREET.

No vehicle shall be left standing in any street, alley, road, highway or public ground in a manner as to obstruct the free use of the same for any purpose whatsoever, except in case of unavoidable necessity, when the vehicle in question shall be removed within a reasonable time.
