351.15 DELIVERY OF FREIGHT IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.

No motor vehicle or truck having a rated capacity exceeding one half ton, delivering or taking on freight or merchandise or removing rubbish within the business section of the City, shall do so except in the alley adjacent to the premises so being served, if there is any adjacent alley. (1984 Code Sec. 72.09)
