The Director of Administration is directed to have constructed, placed and maintained in legible condition instruction and warning signs indicating the speed limits, and signs or marks on the pavements indicating the restrictions and regulations as to parking of vehicles, provided for by the provisions of this Traffic Code and other ordinances of the City and other signs or marks as shall be instructive to the public with respect to the regulation of traffic and parking limitations.
