161.02 OFFICIAL STENOGRAPHER; APPOINTMENT; ACTION BY CLERK.

The Judge of the Municipal Court may appoint one or more official stenographers for the Municipal Court to serve at his designation; provided, that the Clerk of the Court may act as the official stenographer at such times as the Judge may deem the services of an official stenographer unnecessary.
