149.25 STATE STATUTES.

The Charter, this chapter, other relevant ordinances or duly enacted administrative regulations shall in all cases supersede Ohio R.C. Chapter 124. Only in those instances not covered by local regulation shall Ohio R.C. Chapter 124 be in force.
