145.02 BAD DEBT WRITE OFF.

The Board of Control shall have the authority to direct the Director of Finance to write off from the books of accounts of the City bad debts owing to the City which, individually, do not exceed the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) and have been outstanding for at least one (1) year.
