The fourth ward of the City shall be composed of the territory lying and being within the following described boundaries: beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Gwynne Street and the centerline of the Indiana and Ohio Railway, such railroad being the only set of tracks underneath the Gwynne Street Bridge; thence with the centerline of the Indiana and Ohio Railway prolonged in a northeasterly direction to the northern corporation line; thence with the northern and western corporation lines to the intersection of the centerline of Gwynne Street; thence in an easterly direction with the centerline of Gwynne Street to the place of beginning.
