The second ward of the City shall be composed of the territory lying and being within the following described boundaries: beginning at the intersection of the centerline of U.S. Route 68 (also being known as Main Street) and East Powell Avenue; thence in a northerly direction with the centerline of U.S. Route 68 to the intersection of the centerline of East Church Street; thence in an easterly direction with the centerline of East Church Street to the intersection of the centerline of East Lawn Avenue; thence in a southerly direction with the centerline of East Lawn Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of U.S. Route 36/State Route 29 (also known as Scioto Street in this location); thence in an easterly direction with the centerline of U.S. Route 36 to the eastern corporation line; thence with the eastern and southern corporation lines to the intersection of the centerline of East Powell Avenue; thence in a westerly direction with the centerline of East Powell Avenue to the place of beginning.
