(a) Any owner or other occupant of a building failing to install a key box as required by this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) False alarms in violation of Section 1503.04 shall bear civil penalties as follows:
(1) One hundred dollars ($100.00) for the third false alarm occurring in any twelve month period;
(2) One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the fourth false alarm occurring in any twelve month period; and
(3) Three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each false alarm thereafter occurring in any twelve month period.
