1502.03 SECURITY FUND.

The proceeds received by the City pursuant to this chapter and Ohio R.C. 3929.86 shall be placed by the Director of Administration in a separate fund to be used solely as security against the total cost of removing, repairing or securing incurred by the City pursuant to Ohio R.C. 715.261 and shall be held and distributed accordingly.
