133.06 INTEREST EARNINGS FROM INVESTMENT OF FUNDS.

All interest earnings received from investment of surplus funds shall be paid into the City's General Fund, except interest earnings from the investment of moneys held in trust by the City which are restricted in their use by the terms of the trust or donation.
