Each property owner shall determine property lines and shall ascertain that the fence thus constructed does not deviate from the intent of this chapter and must be approved by the Building and Zoning Inspector. The City shall furnish such inspection as is deemed necessary to determine that the fence is constructed in accordance with all zoning ordinances.
