1321.02 LOCATION OF POOLS.

In any residence district, no pool shall be constructed on any lot further forward than the front wall of any dwelling located thereon or the established building setback line and on a corner lot, no pool shall be constructed nearer the side street lot line than the required building setback line on the side street.
