125.09 FIRE DIVISION.

The Fire Division shall be supervised, managed, coordinated and directed by the Fire Chief. It shall consist of the Fire Prevention Section and the Fire Fighting-Ambulance Section. It shall be the mission of the Division to prevent or extinguish unintentional or unlawful fires, enforce fire codes, provide ambulance service and protect the public safety and welfare with regard to fires, chemicals and natural disasters.
