The certificate of registration may be revoked at any time by the City’s Director of Administration or his designated representative for violation of this chapter. Notification of the revocation shall be in writing and mailed to the person or entity affected by certified mail, return receipt requested. (Ord. 4110. Passed 8-8-00.)
