The Parks and Recreation Division shall be supervised, managed, coordinated and directed by the Superintendent of Recreation. It shall consist of the following sections: Parks and Recreation Administration, Parks, Recreation Programs and Municipal Pool. It shall be the mission of the Division to operate, maintain and keep free of nuisance, the Municipal Pool, the City's parklands and such other properties as are assigned to the Division. The Division shall safely, fairly and impartially operate the Municipal Pool and all authorized recreation programs of the City. (Ord. 3664. Passed 12-18-84.)
