The Director of Administration may enter into an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Champaign County, Ohio, to empower the Champaign County Building Department to perform the functions of Building Inspector under this chapter which shall then have all the rights and authority of the Building Inspector. The fees charged by that Department shall be in lieu of City fees and shall be retained by that Department. Upon the entering into an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Champaign County, Ohio, all standards as adopted or thereafter adopted by said Board of County Commissioners, shall be deemed adopted by the City of Urbana.
