The One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code adopted herein is modified by the amendment, enactment or deletion by the Champaign County Division of Building Regulations Part 9, CC 901 and all other structures pursuant to the applicable provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapters 119, 3781 and 3791 as delegated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
