111.01 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS; INDEX OF MINUTES.

The Clerk of Council shall keep a regular and correct journal of the proceedings of Council. She shall keep a full and complete index to the minutes of Council, recorded by her in a book furnished to her by Council for such purpose.
