Periodic inspections during the installation of improvements shall be made by the City to ensure conformity with the approved plans and specifications as required by these Regulations.
The subdivider shall notify proper City officials at least 24 hours before each phase of the improvements is ready for inspection. The presence and/or absence of an inspector during construction shall not relieve the subdivider from full responsibility of required improvements to the City of Urbana Construction Standards and Drawings and to the satisfaction of the City.
