SECTION 6.07. ANNUAL AUDITS.

Council may authorize an audit of any or all funds, accounts, or activities of the City. This may be in addition to audits by the State of Ohio and shall be made by a public accountant or a certified public accountant who is not otherwise in the employ of the City or financially interested in any matter to be audited.
