963.10 RECEIPTS FOR MONEY ACCEPTED; ACCOUNTS.

The Director of Finance shall issue a written receipt for money accepted by him, as provided in Section 963.09 , and shall enter on the minutes of his proceedings full details of the transaction. He shall enter the receipt and income and the expenditure thereof in detail on his

books of account, keeping each case separately. (1984 Code Sec. 94.22)
