963.03 PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE OF LOTS.

The Director of Finance shall cause to be given to each purchaser of a lot in Oak Dale Cemetery a receipt showing the amount paid and a pertinent description of the lot sold. The purchaser shall thereupon be entitled to a deed for the lot described therein.
