947.05 UNCOLLECTED GARBAGE OR REFUSE DECLARED A NUISANCE.

Fermenting, putrefying or odoriferous garbage or refuse in containers or dumped in the open is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the person responsible therefore shall be guilty of violating this section. (Ord. 4265. Passed 3-11-08.)
