(a) An application for water permit shall be filed in the Office of City Utilities on forms prescribed by the City. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information required by the City.
(b) The applicant shall pay the City Utilities Office at the time that the application is accepted by the City the following tap-in fees based on water line size.
(c) In the event that an existing water line is upsized, then the difference between the two sizes shall be paid in tap-in fees.
