939.05 WATER RATES.

(a) The Utility Committee of Council, the Division of Public Works and the administration of the City shall review the water rates. This review shall be done at the end of each calendar year for readjustment.

(b) The billing for and payment of water usage shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 945 .
