939.01 DISTURBING OR INTERFERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS OR MAINS.

No person, within the City, without lawful authority, shall willfully or negligently open, close, adjust, disturb, damage or interfere with any fire hydrant or any of the plant, mains, pipes, apparatus, equipment or appliances pertaining to the water supply of the City.
