936.01 CREATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF DOMESTIC SEPTAGE WASTE DISPOSAL.

There is hereby created within the City a septage waste disposal system of the City. The City Administrator shall have direct control over said receiving facility and the day to day operation of said system shall fall within the City Public Works Division.
