935.27 ANNUAL PUBLICATIONS.

At least annually, the City shall publish a list of all dischargers or significant industrial users which at any time during the previous twelve (12) months were in significant noncompliance with applicable pretreatment requirements. For the purposes of this provision, significant noncompliance shall be as defined within Section 935.02.
