931.22 SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.

When a discharge of wastes causes or threatens to cause a disruption of the normal treatment processes, the Water/Wastewater Superintendent may assess a charge against the user for the work and materials required to maintain or restore the normal treatment processes. The charges shall be added to the user's charges and fees.
