931.21 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS.

The Water/Wastewater Superintendent shall have the right to enter into a special agreement to accept and treat wastes of unusual strength and character that the POTW is capable of handling. The agreement shall be subject to all other provisions of these Codified Ordinances.
