931.12 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Council shall make and the Water/Wastewater Superintendent shall enforce such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the regulation, collection, rebating and refunding the sewer rental charges. (Ord. 3995. Passed 11-28-95.)
