927.07 STREET REPAIR FUND.

In each case where a payment is made as provided in Section 927.06, the payment shall be placed by the Director of Finance in the Street Repair Fund. Funds from the Street Repair Fund shall be used to defray the expense of opening the surface of any street or alley and of restoring the surface to its proper condition and grade.
