927.04 WHERE SEWER CONNECTION REQUIRED.

All new houses or buildings or additions thereto, erected or constructed within the City, shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system of the City. This section shall not apply to any area where it would not be economically feasible from an engineering standard to extend the sewer. The feasibility of the extension shall be determined by the City Engineer.
