909.02 NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BUILD SIDEWALK.

Any person desiring to build, rebuild, repair or disturb any sidewalk in the City shall first notify in writing the City Engineer of the intention to do so, stating in the notice the location and character of the proposed work and the time when the same is proposed to be done. However, the work shall conform to the specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
